Bulimic learning and students are starving for real knowledge in the way we've been doing education. An alternative is to actively engage students, one way of doing this is through technology.

Kids using MySpace are learning how to computer program at a young age. If schools are disallowing MySpace, they are reducing the student's opportunites to learn.
